By checking the SMS consent box on our comparison-request form, you expressly consent to receive text (SMS) messages from CashOfferComparison at the phone number associated with your request. These messages may include:

• Responses to your cash offer comparison request
• Delivery notifications when your side-by-side comparison is ready
• Follow-ups on programs that serve your ZIP and price band
• Editorial updates on program changes relevant to your request

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per month related to your comparison request. We will not send messages outside of standard business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday) except for time-sensitive transactional notifications.

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. CashOfferComparison is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider for receiving text messages.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP — Text the word STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
• Email us — Send an email to comparisons@cashoffercomparison.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you would like removed.
• Contact us — Write to us at the address listed below.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CashOfferComparison unless you re-subscribe by submitting a new comparison request with consent.

If you are experiencing issues with our text messages, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at comparisons@cashoffercomparison.com.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell leads to cash offer programs. We use your information solely to respond to your comparison request and deliver editorial content. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to This Policy

CashOfferComparison reserves the right to update this SMS & Texting Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
